I was quite disappointed during my recent stay. Despite being a regular visitor, I faced issues with room availability and rude service, especially from the male staff. However, I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and their proximity to local attractions, which made exploring the area convenient.
I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, especially since it’s located right in the center of the city, which made exploring so much easier. The room was spacious and clean, but the lack of blackout curtains let in too much light. Also, while the breakfast was decent, I wished for more variety. The access through the 'tradesman's entrance' kept the noise levels down, which I appreciated.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is excellent, right at Freedom Square, which made it easy to explore Tbilisi. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, but the breakfast was lacking, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it felt like a good stay, but some improvements could be made in the dining area.
During my stay, I found the accommodation had a friendly staff and a great location close to key attractions. However, the quality of the rooms left much to be desired with issues like poor water pressure and outdated furnishings. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, which became a hassle during my work calls. Cleanliness is a concern, especially with dirty carpets and lingering smoke smells in the hallway.
